Current ADV Series collection utilized high-profiled Milled in USA Sailcloth fabric called XPac; VX21 White and WX20 Black.
White VX21 is an ultra-durable, lightweight and waterproof fabric made of 210D Nylon Face Fabric with DWR to repel water, oil, and dirt. The superior face fabric reinforced by Black X-PLY Polyester at 22 Degree for extra durability and resistance against tears, a 0.2Mil Clear PET film for extra protection against the elements and 50D Polyester Taffeta backing to protect the film from internal abrasion. The combination of low stretch, waterproof construction, and 210 denier face fabric provides an ideal balance of weight and durability.
Black WX20 is 20% lighter and more flexible than VX21. With 0.5 mil film on the back for improved waterproofness and bias strength. A polyester warp insert has been added for low stretch and better rip-stop properties. WX20 featured 210D Nylon Face Fabric with DWR coating to repel water, dirt, and oil.
